Fantastic team at My Wee Hot Tub, we had an issue with our hot tub recently and they were patient and supportive and fixed the problem quickly and cheaply. My Wee Hot Tub are fantastic, we will never use anyone else for repairs or buying in the future, I cannot fault any part of their service. We had a major issue with one of our hot tubs and as short term rental property this is is disastrous for our guests. Martin, Matt and Ross couldn’t have been better in helping resolve our problem. The workmanship was fantastic the communication was constant and the effort these guys put in to get our hot tub working was very much appreciated. It took us a while to find such a reliable bunch of technicians but I am very pleased to have found them. They answered any questions and kept me in the loop with all aspect of work. Martin and his team were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to fit the hot tub into a very tight space, tackling every challenge with ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Needed a replacement pump for my hot tub.  Told them I needed a replacement pump but still came out to check and charged me £95 plus vat just to tell me I needed a new pump.  Only 8.2 miles away from my address so 16.4 miles travel.  Very expensive and I thought this might have came off total bill but no.  This is the charge- very expensive.  Came to change pump and left.  Seemed to be no issues.  £442 in total. I checked hot tub later on that night and a jet was floating in the water.  Questioned this to be told the jet( above the pump) was not their fault and I would be charged to fix this. Then questioned why a jet above the pump had came out when it was secure prior to this and was told it might have been from power from the new pump 💁🏻or that someone was twisting it round. I can guarantee I don’t touch jets or twist them round. They offered £30 for replacement part as a gesture of goodwill (not to fit part though) told me that I can fit it myself. Tremendous service from My Wee Hot tub and Matthew and Martin in particular. The problem was successfully diagnosed then followed through with a full repair. Matthew was knowledgeable and happy to explain exactly what he was doing. Martin ensured clear and thorough communication throughout the entire process. Delighted to recommend this company.
